"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."

"Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only,
but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling."
Philippians 2:12.

Friends, let me explain how and why I came up with the graphic
"the churches 5 faulty pillars" above.
Over the course of the last several years I've been listening to some audio teachings
on the bible available on the Internet. During one teaching the host mentioned 4 of the
pillars above that the Apostate Religious system promoted, practiced or taught as
biblically sound doctrines of the faith.

The four shaky legs on the table holding up the modern church system he mentioned were,

1) The doctrine of Eternal Security.
2) The tithe or 10% of your income to the church.
3) Teaching the Pre-Tribulation Rapture.
4)  Promoting Natural Israel over Spiritual Israel.

I actually didn't believe these teachings either but hadn't grouped them together
in such a definitive way.
The 5th pillar, I acknowledge was mentioned many times by the host in other teachings
which I think is important enough to make it the 5th Pillar. It's this 5th pillar that makes
the other 4 so palatable to the people. When someone assumes authority over you and
you accept it over the word of God, where does that put you?

The 5th Pillar
5) The Clergy /  Laity distinction, or what Jesus called the practice of the Nicolaitanes,
against which Jesus pronounces a strong condemnation.
"So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate." Rev. 2:15
Nicolaitanes is from the root words Nicos and Laos; Nicos meaning to conquer,
and Laos, the people.
So the Nicolaitanes were those men who had victory over the people. In other words,
the ruling class, or self proclaimed leaders in the church.
A system where we serve them, instead of taking Jesus admonition where he states,
"Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise authority over them, and they that
are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you: but whoever
will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whoever will be chief among you,
let him be your servant:
Matthew 20:25-27.

Lest you think me to condemning, remember this is Jesus speaking to the end time churches,
So it has to apply to someone. What's important here is that you recognize that you may be
someone who needs to get out from under that system of things.

Let me run through 1-4 above briefly here and I will elaborate later as I feel the need.
First let me state here that I will refer to the true born again believers of Jesus Christ as
"the Church" as befitting the people of God and the what I see as the man made and
directed religious system the world mistakingly refers to as "the church".    Little "c".
I see much of "the Church" still in, and under "the church" system.

God says , "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return
unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing
whereto I send it.
Isaiah 55:11

"the Church", has heard his word and received it.   Jesus is The Word. "The Church"
will hear and know the truth and the truth will set them free.

"the church", through the teachings of the Nicolaitanes mentioned above have perverted
the word and have indoctrinated the people into believing that the 5 pillars mentioned
above are part of God's foundation which we should believe. I contend that the foundations
put forth in this Ministry for one, are the true foundation that God desires for his people,
"the Church" to be built on. Those 6 principles are listed below.

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go unto perfection (maturity);
not laying again the foundation of
repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
Of the
doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead,
the eternal judgements.     And this we will do, if God permit."     Hebrews 6:1-3  .

Unfortunately, when we are a young or new believer in the faith we're advised to come
under authority or the covering of a pastor and a church. It is inferred upon us that to be
obedient to God we must submit to and come under the rule of a pastor.
Obedience to the faith my friends is completely different than obeying men.

Like Paul would say, "For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men?
for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ."
Galatians 1:10

Why is the "Church" held captive by the "church system" today?  Part of the reason is the
Nicolaitane system but mainly the reason is, it's the traditions of men, but they go hand in hand.
We are so far removed from the church of Acts, in every way, not only in time, but in deeds.
It's as though we're under the law in "the church system", the modern day Sadducee's and
Pharisees want it so, so they can glory in our flesh.

God has allowed us to be captive because we've allowed ourselves to come under the
authority of men. We look to them to decipher God's word for and to us. When this is the case,
two things are happening.

One; We're taking for gospel fact, what we're told is the gospel.
Keeping us under the authority of men.
WE, then are servants.

Two; We suppress the Word of God not allowing it to become revelation knowledge to, and in us.
WE, then remain children.

Galatians 4 is a good analogy of which I speak. I know that it's speaking of the Israelites
under the law and the freedom in Christ.
If we're under the law, we're children. In "the church" system we're as if we're under
tutors and governors.
In "the Church" of Christ, God wants us to develop revelation knowledge or in His words,
"the Spirit of his Son into our hearts."

Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant,
though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.
Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:
But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman,
made under the law,
To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts,
crying, Abba, Father.
Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of
God through Christ.
Galatians 4:1-7

For the most part we are still children. We're in bondage, even under the elements of the world.
Whatever is in the world, is in "the church"  in equal measure. We are immature and carnal,
not mature and spiritual. And because our tutors and the governors are not our Father,
we learn  how to overcome the world by the law, or the flesh, in other words by our own power.
It can't be done. Our battle is spiritual, not flesh and blood. We've become impotent to the power
of God because we've become complacent and satisfied with nothing. We've become the
Laodicean church as well. America, the "christian" nation is far removed from the God of the bible.
We need to wake up and see ourselves as the Lord sees us.            Read
Revelations 3:14-18.

And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen,
the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
"I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing;
and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment,
that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear;
and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see."

Unfortunately, I think the 'the church" is a sinking ship, and is to far off course.
Like a modern day Titanic, full of its own arrogance or certainty to see that it has structural flaws.
But there are people on board, and hopefully some will have eyes to see and ears to hear those
crying out to get on the lifeboats. We're not saying leave the ship by jumping into the water,
or go back into the world, thus dying. No.
We're saying enter into the lifeboats, stay in Christ, get back to solid ground or his foundations.
Come back to your first love, and back into the loving arms of your Father, God.

I know there will be those that say, No, you're wrong, we are unsinkable because we are "the church".
We will make it to the other side because we do have the people of God on board, and he will not
allow it to sink, just for that reason. And we know everybody on board is not God's, but he will
sort that out on the other side when we arrive.

Friends, it's true, God will sort it out on the other side. As important as it is,
who is and who won't make it. What's important to see is the vehicle itself is doomed to failure.
The "church system", that supposedly unsinkable vehicle by which God's people are supposed
to arrive safely to the other side.
Is doomed before it sailed. The "church system" was built by the arm of the flesh,
it's what men have put together. God says no flesh shall glory in my presence.
We tell people we have built the unsinkable, talking many into believing and trusting,
coming aboard. In which until that time when disaster strikes, only a remnant by the
grace of God will be saved in the end.
What we call collectively "the church" in the natural is made up of everything from
major denominations to smaller church organizations and even independent churches.
They all for the most part have one basic premise in common. They are based on an
authoritarian or Nicolaitan system. Please don't misunderstand. There are good men who
love the Lord, who are called to be pastors, who love the sheep, or the people of God.
Those same men are called to figuratively and quite literally to lay down their lives for the
sheep of the / their pasture. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

"I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life  for the sheep."  John 10:10-12

Getting back to my analogy, of the church being a ship. In reality "the church" is many ships
with their own passengers and as with any ship their own captain. Now like as any ship the
captain has final say.
He is thee, authority figure. Individuals board the ship with the idea that the captain has
the ability and    the experience for you to make it to your intended destination.
Whether it be a denomination, a group or just a single church, like the ships at sea,
if we're all supposed to be heading to the same destination, why are so many ships sailing
off in all directions, being blown about by every wind of doctrine?
And what happens to those passengers who, in good faith, are now aboard those
wayward vessels?
Are they free to inquire, to question or revolt. No, they're under authority.
Their only recourse is to throw themselves to the mercy of the sea or abandon ship.
Those masters of the ship, the Nicolaitane captains who follow their own course,
who aren't to be questioned, by the Law of the sea. To obey the Law is certain death in this case.
And not coincidentally, to follow the Law in the church only produces - death.

We all must agree, and heed Paul's warning.
"My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the
greater condemnation."
James 3:1-3

The Moral of this story is for you to know the one you're following.
In these last days many false teachers and false prophets will come saying,
Do as I say, and not teach, Do has He says.
A prime example of following to closely, to ones own detriment is in Revelation.

And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:
and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour
her child as soon as it was born.
Revelation 12:3-5
Obviously the tail is an allegory for following. These angelic beings were following
or being deceived by Lucifer (Satan) himself. And by doing so, whether they were willing or not,
he Lucifer caused his followers, a third of the Angelic host to be cast down to earth
due to Satan's rebellion against God.
We know their lot. Some are locked up in chains of/in darkness, others assist Satan
in influencing and controlling the lives of unregenerate men.

2 Peter 2:1-4

1) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be
false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in
damnable heresies,
even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2) And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of
truth shall be evil spoken of.
3) And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you:
whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
4) For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell,
and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Lest you think I'm all doom and gloom, I am not. I encourage everyone to read
Collosians Chapter I now.
But I do think it's wise to take in the whole counsel of God.

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away
from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to
every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

Whom we preach,
warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom;
that we may present every man perfect (mature) in Christ Jesus:
Colossians 1:27-29

Jesus said, "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Matthew 24:4-6

Just imagine, it says many will be deceived by those proclaiming to be Christ himself
or a more subtle way of pulling off the deception by claiming some mystical attainment
of the Christ anointing. If people are susceptible to that blatant a deception, how much
more vulnerable are they to someone bringing in false doctrine or false prophecy.
2 Peter 2:1-2 above again. These men will bring in damnable heresies, and verse 2
many shall follow their pernicious ways. It says many shall follow just like the
tail allegory in Revelation where a third of the angels followed Satan and were cast down.
Many people will follow their
pernicious ways. Do you think anyone willingly wants to be led astray?
With the hope of being rejected or cast out? To hurt themselves or cause themselves great harm,
even onto death?  NO. And yet the Bible says

Here's the definition of pernicious.
1. causing insidious harm or ruin; ruinous; injurious; hurtful: pernicious teachings; a pernicious lie.
2. deadly; fatal: a pernicious disease.
3. Obsolete .

I encourage everybody to seek the Lord, to read his Word, and ask Him for wisdom and
guidance for His will in and for  their own lives. For we all will stand before the Judgement
seat of Christ. Guess what? The ship (denomination or organization) you came in won't be there,
the captain (man) you put your trust in won't be there, and what man has told you to believe or
say won't help you stand.
The only thing that counts then, when it's just you and Jesus will be, Do you know God or
rather are you known by God.
But if any man love God, the same is known of him.
 1 Corinthians 8:3
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
 John 14:14-16

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal,
The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of
depart from iniquity*.    2 Timothy 2:19
*iniquity refers to "immorality, sin, wickedness."

Friends, it's easy to recognize the more obvious sins to depart from which we should do,
but to follow the pernicious ways of false teachers and false prophets is as equally a sin.
We must learn and know the Truth and follow Christ Jesus and depart or turn away
from these men. So to leave them is also a way of departing from iniquity.

Am I asking everyone to immediately make their pastors suspect. NO.
What I am saying is to be like a Berean, just don't assume everything said to you is
the word of God. Check. Check. Check it.
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word
with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things
were so.
Acts 17:11

Anything man has put together will not make it to the other side. His people will make it,
if they listen and obey, but not by what man has made.

Whether or not you can relate to this analogy , the fact remains.
The "church system" is stunting our growth. And in a lot of cases causing us to die.
Not the good way of dying, that of picking up our cross and dying to self.
But by trying to make us follow the law, producing spiritual death in us.

We receive the Life of God by the Spirit. Like Paul said,  "O foolish Galatians,
who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes
Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law,
or by the hearing of faith?
Galatians 3:1-2

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in
his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.   Ephesians 2:7-9

Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ;
that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead,
that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law,
did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held;
that we should
serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. Romans 7:4-6

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the  law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ,
even we have
believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ,
and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Galatians 2:15-17

We're still children and servants for the most part.

We need the Spirit of Christ in our hearts.
